Publisher agreement
Draft commercial terms between RecipeYield and a site that installs the plugin. Not an offer. A signed or emailed order will control over this page once counsel has a real form.
License
We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install the WordPress plugin on the agreed site(s). The plugin is provided as a zip (GPL-compatible PHP/JS as required by WordPress). The hosted API, pricing models, and staff tools remain ours. Do not submit the plugin to wordpress.org.
No dashboard
Onboarding, Stripe Connect KYC, credentials, CSV ingest, and weekly reports happen over email, phone, and spreadsheet. You will not receive a login to an ops console.
Stripe Connect
You complete Stripe Connect. Direct charges settle to your Stripe account. Our platform fee (default 20%, or the rate in your order) is collected as agreed with Stripe. You are the merchant of record for those charges unless a written order says otherwise.
Ad suppression
We inject first-HTML signals documented in our network audit. Networks can change their wrappers. Suppression may fail for a visitor, a cache plugin, or an AMP URL (out of scope). You remain responsible for your relationship with Raptive, Mediavine, Google, and similar. We may withhold CTAs on URLs we cannot price or cannot suppress.
Data
You instruct us to process reader emails, sponsorships, and ad metrics to operate the product. See the Privacy Policy. Keep network credentials accurate; we encrypt them at rest and use them to ingest RPM.
Fees, taxes, weekly email
USD unless we agree otherwise. You handle publisher-side taxes. Each week we email sponsorships, estimated ads kept, net versus ads-only, and recipes with no offer.
Term and kill switch
Either party may stop new offers on notice. We may disable new checkouts (kill switch) without invalidating JWTs already issued. Uninstalling the plugin restores ordinary ads for everyone.
