Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to readers, publishers, and anyone who uses the RecipeYield service, its API, or its plugin (the “Service”), provided by Zest Delicious Software LLC.

Prohibited conduct

• Enumerate one-time passcodes, bypass rate limits, or automate ad-free access to suppress ads without paying.
• Scrape offers, reader lists, or the API in bulk, or use automated tools to access the Service.
• Interfere with ad-network tags except through the plugin’s documented integration path; do not inject adblocking code.
• Misrepresent a public display name, impersonate a publisher, or phish readers.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute entitlements.
• Use the Service to process payments for anything other than recipe-page ad-free access we have onboarded.
• Probe, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service, its API, or publisher sites.
• Transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful material through the Service.

Ad-network compliance

The Service integrates with ad networks and does not use adblocking code. You must comply with your ad network’s own terms; we are not responsible for any network action arising from your account.

Enforcement

We may refuse offers, disable a license, or block an IP address or email. We may report conduct that appears unlawful. Nothing in this policy limits our other rights or remedies.
